Our Step-by-Step Onboarding Process
I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family and therefore, to become part of my family and to ensure absolute safety, comfort, and the perfect matchmaking fit, we run a mandatory, complimentary Meet & Greet Consultation for every single new client before their first official adventure.
Here is exactly how we get your pup ready to join the pack:
Step 1: The Initial Consultation
Contact me to arrange a convenient time to visit you and your dog at your home in Ferndown and the surrounding areas. This is a relaxed, no-obligation chat where we can get to know each other, bond with your pup in their own safe space, and discuss their specific details and needs.
Step 2: Walks & Key Handling
If you choose to move forward, we will finalise your booking preferences, fill out our secure client care forms, and arrange a safe key-holding or collection routine. I will also carefully match your dog to their ideal custom trail—ensuring their energy levels perfectly align with their package.
Step 3: The Trial Adventure
Every new client starts with a gentle, individual trial run. The first three walks will allow me to observe your dog’s behaviour on the walk, test their recall (via training lead) general behaviour, mannerisms and monitor their interaction with vehicle transit, and ensure they are completely happy, confident, and relaxed in my care.
(To ensure your dog's profile is accurate and swiftly processed, please have their microchip number, current vaccination records, and veterinary contact details handy during our consultation to ensure a smooth and easy meet)
